Twelve years ago I stepped away from a predictable paycheck and into the uncertainty of building something of my own. And it has given me more than I ever expected: flexibility with my family, work that actually matters, a life I designed instead of inherited.

But with that comes something nobody talks about honestly enough. The stress that lives in your chest at 2am. The days where you genuinely do not know what is coming next. The fear that quietly follows you into every decision you make. Every emotion you can imagine. Seasons of closeness and seasons of real loneliness and long stretches where you are not sure if the next step is forward or off a cliff.

Twelve years of that has taught me more than I could have learned anywhere else. And I am at a point now where I feel, for the first time, like I have something real to give back.

Here is what I believe: $1 million a year is not just a revenue number. It is a threshold that unlocks things. Opportunities you cannot access below it. Partnerships that require it. Capital that follows it. A version of yourself, as a founder and as a leader, that only exists on the other side of it.

I want to get there. And I want to get there alongside people who are honest about where they are, what they are afraid of, and what they are building toward.
